CONTRACT .NET DEVELOPER – (IT01)

This position is on a CONTRACT basis.

Description:
Goalline is looking for a senior .net developer to work on a contract basis. The candidate must be well experienced with .net 2.0, writing of stored procedures, and MS SQL. The candidate needs to start immediately and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Furthermore, strong design skills are desired.

Bilingual Key Accounts Representative – (BL01)

GoalLine Solutions is a global leader and innovator within the Integrated Marketing Communications industry! As an energetic self-starter, the Key Accounts Representative is an integral part of the company, providing an essential link between our key customers, major VAR’s (value added resellers), and the operations group. The Key Account Rep will be tasked with building strong customer relationships, and providing world-class service to our key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide order management support and be the main point of contact for key customers and major VAR’s (value added resellers).
  • Forge strong relationships with the key customers and major VAR’s, working collaboratively with them to identify value added services, and proactively addressing potential issues.
  • Working closely with the Key Account Management group, understand the key customers' business, and provide solutions to help manage and grow their day to day operations.
  • Participate in the sales planning process, building a robust information flow between the key customers, major VAR’s and internal departments.
  • As part of the overall customer service team, provide support for the group and help surpass team goals.
  • Support the training and development of future customer service representatives.

Required Qualifications:
  • University Degree
  • Bilingual (fluent in French and English)
  • 3-5 years of sales, or customer service experience
  • Good understanding of marketing and sales concepts
  • Strong analytical and computer skills, particularly spreadsheet, and reporting programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Customer focused and detail oriented
  • Ability to contribute as a leader and as a team player

Description:
As a Telephone Service Representative (TSR), you are required to generate outbound calls and or/respond to inbound customers inquires for the purpose of generating sale and responding to customer service inquires. This is accomplished by effectively and efficiently delivering what the customer wants, when and how they require it, either by phone and/or email. As a TSR you are required to understand individual client campaign objectives and be able to communicate these objectives to customers in an appropriate manner.
